The Beatles In Paris – Live And In Stereo
Mixing this concert to stereo was an obvious choice: compared to other existing live recordings, this particular one is probably among the better surviving Beatles concert tapes. Compared to Indianapolis or Philly or Cow Palace… or even Shea… which was so bad it had to be enhanced, overdubbed (poorly) and heavily edited… these tapes stand out, even in their rawest state. The only thing it really lacked was balance, some EQ and a decent stereo mix. This is about as good as it will probably get, at least in my hands.
