What’s Next… And Why…

The thing is… David’s World Online has been around about as long as my daughter has. That’s 27 years, to be exact. Originally we (my ex-wife and I) used the site to post pictures of her for everyone in the family. Then came DFW Radio, which later got its own domain… and a slew of other projects, all of which, eventually, were handed off after they were showcased here. A month ago… it happened again.  I took the Audio Salvage Project and moved every file over to https://audiosalvageproject.online. There’s a simple reason for this. I want my work to stand alone and for itself; independent of any personal views I share here… and free from stigma.  It gets a little old being dismissed as the “Autistic Recording Engineer”. It’s important to me that there is a clear separation from what I do and what I happen to have as a part of my identity. I want to be free to discuss other things that matter to me outside of music, and for this… I really think it’s time for the site to get back to its roots.  So what’s next for the website?  Well… you’ll just have to come back often to find out.
