Level 1 autism isn’t “just a little weird.”
It’s autism.
Sensory overload.
Rigid routines.
Social struggles.
Masking.
Burnout.
Meltdowns.
Big emotions.
Constant misunderstandings.
They may talk.
Make eye contact.
Get good grades.
Have friends.
Seem “fine.”
But “looks fine” doesn’t mean feels fine.
Level 1 doesn’t mean barely autistic.
It means the struggle is easier for YOU to miss.
To be fair... he's still so brain damaged that he can't hold a real job. His saving grace is that he works for Republicans... so brains and education aren't really a requirement.
